This is a 75 minute game, and all pricing is per person. There’s a minimum booking fee of $110.85 + tax for all bookings, which is equivalent to the cost of 3 players.

We have implemented this system to remove our previous 3 player minimum for bookings, so that  2 players can still enjoy this experience! If you are a team of 2 or 3, your cost will be $110.85 for your booking. For groups larger than 3, it costs $36.95 per person.

We require full payment at the time of booking – similar to buying tickets for a theatre show! If your number of players increase, we will charge the credit card on file for the additional players.

There are flashing lights but there aren’t any strobes.

Down the Rabbit Hole includes one area that is not wheelchair accessible. A player using a wheelchair would be able to participate in the majority of the game, including puzzle-solving and team interaction.

The game environment includes low lighting, flickering lights, and several loud sound effects. House lights can be turned on at a player’s request; however, the flickering lights cannot be disabled.

If you have questions about whether this game will work for your group, we recommend contacting our customer service team before booking so we can help determine if it’s the right fit.

Yes – when we say a game is family friendly, we mean the themes and content are appropriate for all ages. There isn’t anything in the game that’s intended to frighten someone or be inappropriate for any age group.

That said, family friendly doesn’t necessarily mean it’s designed for children. Some games are family friendly in content, but still more challenging or better suited to teens/adults depending on complexity.

Our difficulty indicators are based on the average player. If you’re unsure what will be best for your group, please contact our customer service team and we’ll recommend the right game(s) based on your group’s ages and experience level!
